Ash-Shura
لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
12The keys of the heavens and the earth belong to Allah (i.e. He, Alone, has the authority to make decisions. For example) Whomever He wills, He gives provisions in abundance and (whomever He wills) limits it. Indeed, He is the All-Knower of everything.
